This is the official site of the Windmill Square Condominium Association in Landover, MD. We are a common interest development less than 1 mile from FedEx field consisting of 405 Townhomes.
The purpose of this web site is to provide a centralized source of news, information and communications amoung the residents regarding our neighborhood.
Residents can join this site to receive e-mail notifications of activities, events and information of import to all concerned.
You can also ask questions, answer questions, contribute to discussions, provide information for the betterment of the community, post positive pictures and articles to help your community, receive information and speak to the board of directors.
We will use this as a place where we can post CC&Rs (covenants, conditions and restrictions), rules and rules violations, notes from previous meetings and a general place to keep the residents informed. We hope you will join the site so that we can make it easier to keep you informed.
