Soulful Sundays is held on the last Sunday of every month. Initially set up by the founder after reading a novel entiltled 'A piece of Cake' by Cupcake brown, which is an unapologetic autobiography giving the reader full access to her life story.
Soulful Sundays aims to promote self-empowerment which is needed in a city that can leave us so isolated.
