Mer Soleil Playgroup is a neighborhood playgroup in Otay Ranch aimed at mothers with children ages newborn to 5 years.
Happy children are healthy, nurtured, well-fed and have an active life. A scheduled weekly or bi-weekly playgroup gives children a special day to look forward to.
