Addison Estates is a new home development in the Village of Rexford, Town of Clifton Park, New York state. Our beautiful neighborhood has taken shape a few homes at a time around a little knoll in Southern Saratoga County, near the intersection of Clifton Park Center Road and Miller Road. Amedore Homes, LLC is the neighborhood developer.
